Mortgage Valuation

Since its inception in 2017, CKS Automated Valuation Model (or CKS iVal) has become one of the leading online valuation platforms in Singapore. With the increasing prevalence of Fintech in the financial services sector, most major banks have embraced the adoption of digital technologies in both their front and back-end service processes. Case Study

In 2017, we formed a strategic partnership with United Overseas Bank (UOB) to develop a proprietary Automated Valuation Model (AVM) software to be featured in UOB Home Solution – Singapore’s first fully digital home loan platform.

The platform was successfully launched by the Bank in 2018, allowing users instant and easy access to indicative valuations for their non-landed residential properties anytime, anywhere.
